Panasonic has added a new camera to its full line of Lumix digital cams today. The new camera is the Lumix DMC-FX75. The cam sports 14.1MP and has a 1/2.33″ RGB CCD image sensor. The camera also has a stabilized 5x optical zoom lens with Leica DC Vario-Summicron optics.
Panasonic’s Skype camera for the company’s VIERA HDTVs has crossed over from Japan and arrived in the US. Activated today on select VIERA CAST enabled Panasonic 2010 HDTVs, the Skype functionality allows for voice and video calls to be made direct from the TV itself, including SkypeOut and SkypeIn support and voicemail.
