HP has quietly updated their netbook range with the Intel Atom N455 and N475 processors, just as was tipped earlier in the year. The HP Mini 110 and Mini 210 HD Edition both get the 1.66GHz N455 as standard, with the 1.86GHz N475 a $25 upgrade; alternatively, for $40 the Mini 210 can be upgraded with the N475 and Broadcom’s Crystal HD video accelerator for HD video playback.
Students get another netbook options designed for them from HP. The HP Mini 100e Netbook is a 10-inch netbook powered by an Atom N455 processor and comes in a lightweight design. You can be sure that HP will preload education-friendly softwareto the netbook. There’s a light indicator which will turn on when the netbook connected to internet, you know, to let the teacher knows what the students doing in the class. Unfortunately HP Mini 100e didn’t adopt swivel display design while its hard drive also has no shock protection. The brightside for these is that HP able to offer the 100e with more affordable price. Yep, expected price for HP Mini 100e is below $300.
A new Endeavour netbook lineup is announced by Epson. Called Endeavor Na03, the netbook packs a 10.1-inch display with a 1024 x 600pixel resolution managed by an integrated Intel GMA 3150 graphics. Epson Endeavor Na03 is powered by a 1.83GHz Intel Atom N470 processor, 1GB of RAM and a 250GB of hard drive or a 64GB of SSD.
The big feature of the machine was simplicity with no OS to mess with all the data and information on the machine was stored server-side. That big $699 price did the device no favors and apparently folks stayed away from the device. The folks behind the Litl Webbook have now announced a massive price cut bringing the price of the webbook down to $399.

Murmurings of an Acer Aspire packing Intel's new Pine Trail N450 processor have been doing the rounds for a while, but finally pics and more specs have been leaked, cementing the existence of this still-unofficial model.
It's a 10.1-inch model with a 1024 x 600 resolution display, and runs on the aforementioned processor, along with an Intel GMA 3150 graphics card, 1GB of RAM, and has either a 160GB or 250GB HDD. A 0.3-megapixel webcam, 5-in-1 card reader, 3 x USB ports, VGA out port and audio jacks round it off, as does the Windows 7 Starter edition OS.
It'll come in black, red, white and blue colorways, with the leaked prices so far suggesting it'll be under $300. Expect to hear more on this netbook soon, with CES just over the peak of the hill.
